payment & delivery

You will have paid a deposit to confirm your order and get your name booked in the diary.  The next payment is due once your invitations have been made.  I will send you an email to notify you that they are ready for you along with your invoice which will detail your outstanding balance payable.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment instructions will always be detailed at the bottom of your invoice.  I accept payment in three ways:

1.  By BACS transfer direct to my business bank account
2.  By cheque
3.  By cash

I do not accept credit cards

DELIVERY OPTIONS

COLLECTION FROM THE STUDIO
You are most welcome to come back to the studio and collect your order from me personally.  If you wish to do this, you may pay your invoice by cash or cheque when you're here.  Alternatively, you may make a BACS transfer in advance of collection.  Payment must be cleared before your order can be taken.

COURIER DELIVERY
You can have your order packaged up and delivered by courier service (normally UPS) to an address of your choice.  The courier will require a signature so I can send it to a work address if required.  

Courier delivery is priced at £10 per delivery.

If you would like to use this service, I will require cleared payment before your order is despatched.  

If you have ordered "on the day" items of stationery e.g. orders of service, reception stationery, they will require to be paid when they are completed.  The process outlined above applies for this stage also.
